Wade Street Apartments
North Shore Construction & Development Services performed the construction renovation of two historic buildings in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood of Cincinnati. Working alongside the architect to work through updates with the Historic Review Board, the two buildings at 209 and 214 Wade Street consist of a total of 7 short-term rental units that are located within a few short steps from Cincinnati’s new soccer club, FC Cincinnati.
